RETURN POLICY
We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase.
In the event that an item needs to be returned, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of your package to discuss the nature of the return and to obtain a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee on all authorized returns. The refund will be on purchase price of product only.
Any sterile items must be unopened and have non-tampered packaging (for safety and hygienic reasons, medicinals, masks/respirators and replacement valves/filters are non-returnable).
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe return of any product to Alert Essential Supply, in the same condition that it was received.
